  1. Short: Runs programs in WB mode from the CLI

  4. WBRun        A RunBack style program which use parm.library.  Runs programs
  5.         in WorkBench mode from any CLI.  Programs are fully detached.
  6.         The program you run must support WorkBench startup.  Includes
  7.         source in C.  Versions 1.3 and 2.0.
